Rostam Torki, PT
Rostam Torki started his physiotherapy journey with a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology & Health Science at York University. He then graduated from the University of Toronto with a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy. Throughout his studies, Rostam was involved in many extra-curriculars, including tutoring and workshops.
Rostam first and foremost believes in building strong relationships and providing high quality education based on the best available research. Rostam believes in holistic health, as physical, emotional, and social health all work in tandem. He also has an interest in orthopedics, pain science and chronic pain, concussion, and acupuncture.
Rostam’s passion for physiotherapy came through his diverse athletic background. He has and continues to participate in running, soccer, volleyball, weight-lifting, and rock climbing.
Rostam will work with you to provide the best care plan designed for your lifestyle. Rostam’s practice will include education, hands-on treatment, and exercise programming that suit your needs and address your goals.
REGISTERED PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Margaret Juico, PT
Margaret is a Physiotherapist who holds a Bachelor Degree of Physiotherapy from Mariano Marcos State University, Philippines. She worked in the Philippines for 1 year as a physiotherapist in one of the public hospitals in their capital city and almost 6 years of experience in the field working in private clinics in Philippines and in Canada. Giving her the experience to treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions and neurological conditions. Her treatments focus on problem solving and addressing the source of pain and dysfunction. She uses manual techniques, therapeutic exercises and a variety of therapeutic modalities to treat patients. She believes that by educating patients to help avoid re-injury and promote rehabilitation of injury will make the treatments more effective. Her interests include music, sports performance, continuing education and outdoor recreational activities.

Amy Shin, RMT
Amy graduated from Pharma Medical College in 2022 and dedicated her career solely to Massage Therapy. With a commitment to exceeding client expectations, Amy ensures that each session leaves clients feeling better than when they arrived.
Proficient in creating a comfortable and empathetic atmosphere, Amy draws from extensive experience working with others. Her dedication to fitness enables her to effectively address sports-related injuries and offer valuable advice. As a result, Amy offers a satisfying and personalized massage experience with her extensive knowledge.

William Tran, RMT
William Tran is a passionate and skilled registered massage therapist, holding a diploma from Medix College and a background in fitness and health promotion. His approach to care is holistic and patient-centered, aiming to treat not just symptoms but the root causes of discomfort. William tailors each session to suit individual needs—whether clients are recovering from injuries, managing chronic pain, or working toward long-term physical wellness.
Motivated by a lifelong interest in the human body and movement, William integrates therapeutic massage with functional exercise principles to support lasting results. His dual expertise allows him to assess issues more comprehensively and offer well-rounded care that promotes mobility, strength, and recovery.
Outside of the clinic, William maintains an active lifestyle. He enjoys golfing, playing badminton and baseball, and recently began rock climbing. These pursuits not only keep him physically engaged but also enhance his empathy and understanding of the physical demands his patients face. This hands-on experience enriches his ability to deliver care that is both effective and relatable.
TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE PRACTITIONER, REGISTERED ACUPUNCTURIST
Likai Yao, RTCMP, RAc.
Likai,Yao, a registered Acupuncturist, and Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner, graduated from Toronto School of Traditional Chinses Medicine Institution (TSTCMI) She has always been inspired by traditional Chinese Medicine since she grows up in a family with TCM background. She is hardworking and enjoys helping people.
Likai has excellent knowledge in Chinese traditional medicines. She is able to identify the sign and symptoms and provides the suitable treatment. Likai has excellent skills in acupuncture and Chinese medical therapy such as acupressure, cupping, moxibustion, Guasha, and Chinese tuina. Based on feedback from patients, all her treatments show remarkable results.
She has been working with patients experiencing pain syndrome like arthritis, tendonitis, sprain, strain, skin conditions - emotional disorder like anxiety, depression, irritability, stress - gynecopathy like fertility, PMS, irregular menstruation, headache, nausea, vomiting, allergies, osteoarthritis, chronic pain, often in the neck, back, knees, and head, hypertension, insomnia, menstrual cramps, PMS, morning sickness and strokes.
MANUAL OSTEOPATHIC PRACTITIONER
Jacob Schachter, M.OMSc
Jake is an OSTCAN certified Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and a graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, where he completed four years of training in anatomy, physiology, classical osteopathic principles, and hands-on clinical care.
His treatments are built on a simple idea: help the body work the way it’s designed to, without excessive force or guesswork. Jake works by closely observing how each person’s body moves and holds tension, applying a gentle and precise approach to correct what’s out of sync. No two treatments are the same, and nothing is done without a clear reason.
He treats the body as an integrated mechanical system and focuses on restoring proper movement where it has been lost—trusting that a well-moving body is, at its core, a healthy one. His goal is to help people get back to doing what they love with more ease, fewer symptoms, and greater resilience.
Outside the clinic, Jake enjoys strength training, exploring the outdoors with his family, and eating good food.

Hatty Wong, RP
Hatty is a Registered Psychotherapist and holds a Master’s Degree from Adler Graduate School and an Honors Bachelor of Science from The University of Toronto. She is a member of The Ontario Society of Registered Psychotherapists (OSRP) and the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Hatty is also a Certified First Responder Counsellor.
Hatty’s passion in the field of mental health came about in her first career working at St. Michael’s Hospital as a Research Assistant. Through this experience, Hatty was provided the opportunity to both learn and contribute her knowledge in mental health by working with vulnerable populations to better understand the correlations among Traumatic Brain Injuries, mental health and socioeconomic variables.
Hatty has worked with diverse population of individuals across a broad spectrum of settings (private practice to correctional facilities) to help them through various psychological issues such as, but not limited to: anger, anxiety, depression, traumas, substance use, life transitions, coping with chronic illnesses.
As means of self-care, Hatty enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going for hikes with her dachshund and meeting new people.

Bonny Li, RP(Q)
Bonny provides services in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Bonny brings over a decade of experience supporting vulnerable populations, including LGBTQ+ individuals, displaced persons, newcomers, women, and survivors of domestic violence. She is dedicated to providing trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and client-centred care. Her approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and evidence-based techniques, creating a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore emotions, build resilience, and develop strategies for healing and growth.
With various modalities, Bonny adopts an integrative approach to therapy thus tailoring methods to each client’s unique needs.
Bonny has experience supporting individuals with various challenges, including Life transitions, Relationship, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Stress Management, Chronic Pain and/or Illness, Self-Esteem, Self-Confidence, Emotional Dysregulation, Trauma or PTSD, and more.
CHIROPRACTOR, ACUPUNCTURE PROVIDER
Dr. Philip Ip, DC, Dip. Acu
Dr. Philip Ip graduated from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (2013) with a Doctorate of Chiropractic and McMaster University (2008) with a Bachelor of Medical Radiation Sciences. He has experience working in a multidisciplinary setting, providing interprofessional care amongst family physicians, orthopaedic surgeons, physiotherapists, massage therapists and other healthcare professionals. He has treated a variety of clients over the years with conditions such as sport injuries, disc injuries, postural conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, etc.
Philip uses a variety of skills and techniques to deliver effective and efficient treatment plans, including but not limited to: diversified chiropractic adjustments, manual therapy techniques, active rehabilitation, clinical acupuncture, mobility work, etc. He educates each client and works with them to achieve their overall health and wellness goals, allowing them to be at their very best.
During his spare time, Philip continues to be an advocate of health. He enjoys going to the gym, rock climbing, cycling and sleep because as we know, sleep is one of the most important necessities for our health and often gets taken for granted!

Aiza-May Ragonton, RD
Aiza May is a Registered Dietitian since 2007. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the University of the Philippines. She has also completed the Internationally Educated Professionals in Nutrition (IEPN) program from the Toronto Metropolitan University (recently renamed). She is an active member of the College of Dietitians of Ontario and is a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician.
Aiza May has a wide breadth of dietetic knowledge and expertise having worked in various clinical areas supporting diverse client populations. She practices a client-centred and evidenced-based approach to nutrition counselling. She believes in a collaborative approach to tailor support and recommendations respecting each clients’ unique background, lived experiences, and needs. She is skilled in providing nutrition care in health conditions including, but not limited to, type 2 diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, chronic kidney disease, post-op wound healing, healthy eating, and optimization of enteral and parenteral nutrition.
In her downtime, Aiza May enjoys outdoor walking and biking, or just unwinding at home watching dog videos.
